Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service whenever possible.
- Remove firearms, controlled substances, cash, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables before the appointment.
- Ensure the vehicle can be safely accessed.
- Provide accurate information regarding the condition of the vehicle.
- Notify Every Vehicle Respected of any existing damage or mechanical issues before service begins.
- Provide access to a working water spigot and an electrical outlet at the service location unless prior arrangements have been made for self-contained mobile power/water.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and level location (e.g., driveway, private parking space) with adequate room to open all doors fully.

Workspace Safety & Conditions
Technicians reserve the right to refuse or halt service immediately if road traffic, extreme hazards, hostile environment conditions, or unsafe workspace factors present safety risks, without waiving the right to assessment or cancellation fees.

Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition
The Client acknowledges that the vehicle may have existing:
- Paint defects
- Scratches
- Rock chips
- Swirl marks
- Interior stains
- Torn upholstery
- Cracked leather
- Faded trim
- Damaged plastics
- Mechanical issues
Every Vehicle Respected is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the detailing process.
Photographs may be taken before and after the service to document the vehicle's condition.

Limitation of Services
Detailing is intended to improve the appearance of a vehicle, but cannot guarantee the removal of:
- Deep scratches
- Permanent stains
- Paint etching
- Severe oxidation
- Mold damage
- Smoke or severe odor contamination
- Burns
- Torn upholstery
- Cracked leather
- Sun damage
Certain defects require repair or replacement rather than detailing.

Liability Waiver
- Damage resulting from pre-existing defects
- Paint failure due to previous body repairs
- Loose trim, moldings, badges, or emblems
- Failing or peeling the clear coat
- Previously repaired body panels
- Water intrusion caused by worn weather seals
- Mechanical failures unrelated to detailing
- Electrical failures resulting from pre-existing issues
- Normal wear and tear revealed during the cleaning process
The Client understands and agrees that mobile detailing services involve the use of cleaning chemicals, water, pressure washers, vacuums, steam equipment, and powered tools.
Every Vehicle Respected agrees to exercise reasonable care while performing services.
Except where prohibited by law or where damage results from gross negligence or intentional misconduct, Every Vehicle Respected shall not be liable for:

Personal Property
The Client understands that Every Vehicle Respected is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle, including but not limited to:
- Cash
- Electronics
- Jewelry
- Keys
- Documents
- Firearms
- Prescription medications
- Other valuables
The Client is responsible for removing all valuables prior to service.

Engine Bay Cleaning
If engine bay cleaning is requested, the Client understands there is an inherent risk associated with cleaning engine compartments.
The Client voluntarily accepts these risks.
Every Vehicle Respected shall not be responsible for mechanical or electrical failures resulting from pre-existing issues that become apparent during or after engine bay cleaning, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Appointment Cancellation
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If Every Vehicle Respected arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to perform the service due to circumstances outside its control (locked vehicle, inaccessible location, unsafe conditions, lack of utility access, or undisclosed excessive contamination), a service call or trip fee may apply.

Weather Policy
As a mobile detailing service, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Rain
- Lightning
- High winds
- Excessive heat
- Other unsafe working conditions
Every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Photo Release
By accepting services from Every Vehicle Respected, the Client grants permission for photographs and/or videos of the vehicle to be taken before, during, and after services for documentation, quality assurance, training, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
Every Vehicle Respected will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying license plates, personal information, or identifying details unless additional consent is provided by the Client.
The Client understands that these images may be used in digital and promotional materials, including but not limited to the Every Vehicle Respected website, social media platforms, advertisements, and business portfolios.

Satisfaction Policy
The Client agrees to inspect the completed work upon completion of service.
Any concerns should be brought to the technician's attention before departure or communicated within 24 hours after service.
Every Vehicle Respected will be given a reasonable opportunity to address any verified service-related concerns.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona.

Client Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box during digital checkout, the Client acknowledges that they:
- Have read and understood this Agreement.
- Have had the opportunity to ask questions.
- Authorize Every Vehicle Respected to perform the requested services.
- Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
